Though my first few days back in Iasi were pleasantly mild, winter is definitely back and likely here to stay for another 4-6 weeks. Thankfully there have been more sunny days than the usual none, so I really can't complain. Here's a view from my friend's window. They live up the hill from me, so this shot is overlooking my neighborhood. I live behind the yellow and brown house along the right edge about halfway up (you can click the picture to see it bigger). Like the title says, winter here is mostly gray with a splash of color. And our neighbors made a pretty rockin snow-family. Even snowmen need hats and scarves to stay warm here.
